You have picked up a rogue application that wants to charge you to remove viruses that don't exist, the virus you have is that application.
Go to this site and download malwarebytes and scan your computer with it.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

This is spyware, and there is a chance that you are downloading a virus every time you click on it. Download Emsisoft Emergency kit here: https://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/. (Note: If you are running Windows 8 or 8.1, you must turn off 'SmartScreen' for the anti-malware to run). It runs 'on top' of Windows, not installed so viruses can't detect it. Extract and run it, when a box with 4 options pops up, choose the top one, update it, then choose the full scan. They have the directions right on the page you download it from. I strongly suggest using AVG Free antivirus or Emsisoft's paid anti-malware suite.

A blue screen pops up then instantly goes away and it resarts its self

You might have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5756
When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:
http://majorgeeks.com/Kaspersky_TDSSKiller_d6895.html

Download, Install and Run Super Anti-Spyware:
http://majorgeeks.com/SUPERAntiSpyware_d5116.html

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
http://majorgeeks.com/Avira_AntiVir_Personal_-_FREE_Antivirus_d955.html
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs..

My flashdrive wont open and says that it needs to be reformatted ?!?

Hello,

exactly the same thing has happened to me before, but I was able to solve the problem using Avira Anti-virus.

Here is what you have to do to get your flash drive working again;

Install Avira Anti virus on on your computer. If you don't have Avira anti-virus software, go to www.avira.com, on the Avira home page, you will see Free download. Click on the free download. Allow the software download on your computer. Go to the location where the software was download and click on the software to have it installed on your computer.

After the Avira nti-virus has been successfully or completely installed on your computer, insert the flash drive into the USB port of your computer.

The moment the flash drive is inserted, the Anti virus will pop out with a dialogue box alerting you about virus detected on the flash drive.

Select 'Delete...", and the box might pop out over and over. Just keep selecting delete until the whole virus is deleted from the flash drive and your flash drive will be okay.

You can format the flash drive thereafter or right click on the flash drive from 'My computer' and scan the drive with Avira anti virus.

This should fix the problem you are facing presently. But if it does not solve the problem, please let me know so that I can give the next step to taking.

Your sincerely.

Trend Micro anti virus security updates

Down load the update. If you do not the signature file that is used will not reflect the latest virus's out there. It is not an advertisement.
If you are concerned about ads popping up Adblock (free on the internet ....eliminates a big bunch of them and requires you to do nothing). You might want to check that out. Also, since it appears you may not have read the Trend anti-virus information I encourage you to understand what it does and how you set it up properly. If it is similar to Avast or Avg (the two most popular free anti-virus programs) you need to specify what it is to check for.
This one learning exercise is EXTREMELY important...fail to do it and it is not a question of if....only when you will get zapped and zapped can mean everything goes away. Be careful....Tango
