Not able to connect, chat or web cam yesterday, now today i logged in the went to check things about ten minutes later and now there's a gray screen on messenger and i'm can't even log out. is yahoo messenger having problems? my computer else where is working perfectly.

If your Web cam Light is not Off then You can uninstall the Web cam Driver and Re-install it again. Second thing is that may be you are auto Log in to any Messenger Service the moment you connect ot internet. check all your messenger or Chat services.
try to re-install again the driver of your web cam..and restart your loptap.
then log on to your MSN account again.locate the web cam icon underneath your display.
click the web cam icon.select send my webcam to your chat partner.
wait until your chat partner accept your invitation..
Check and see if you have msn yahoo chat or any other chat programs running, if you do then one of them may be trying to set itself up for your web cam, if nothing else is up and running, reboot the computer then check system, devices and check on your drivers, sometimes when you shut the programs down they take out little tiny bits of code that the system needs. If this is the case just reinstall the drivers and carry on. Hope this helps.
if you have already bought your web cam, install the software first, then connect your web cam. google chat, aim, skype, yawhoo, all allow using the web cam for chats. there are many other programs out that will do the same thing. skype is the only one of the ones that i just listed that charges.

Transformer replaced and 6 months later the picture suddenly had horizontal white lines that gradually spaced apart more from top to bottom and it had a gray hue and fuzzy, but I still watched it for 3 months that way. Today I turned it on and about a minute later I heard a loud crackling sound coming from the back and the picture disappeared, screen went black. Is it worth fixing again?
