Hello, Try to format the mp3 player. Go through: Setting>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk management> Try to format it with fat files system. hope this help you Regards uttam
Try inserting the Scandisk in another computer to see if you can retrieve your files. If you can then backup your data.
Files on a flash drive can be corrupted if it is not removed from the USB port properly. Before removing the flash drive click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon and then click on the flash drive you want to remove and then remove the flash drive when the computer message says it is Safe to remove. To restore the flash drive you may need to format the flash drive, but you will lose the data stored on the flash drive. If you need the data on the flash drive these WEB sites may help: - Digital Photo Recovery www.artplus.hr/adapps/eng/dpr.htm www.CardRecovery.com
Make sure you have all programs and folders closed. Then try stopping usb mass storage, there should be more then one option so try removing the drive itself on the list. If that doesn't work. I myself would probably just restart the computer. Then try again. Thanks, Lee
Not unless you are using Windows98, your PC should automatically recognize the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium as a "Removable Storage/Device". Driver is not required for Windows ME, W2k or XP.
If for some reason the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium (non-U3 devices) is not recognizable, then perhaps it is not a problem with the PC but with the SanDisk. Pls try all other USB ports of your PC (front and back). The SanDisk website provides utilities/software for this kind of eventuality. They are Sansa Firmware Updater and Sansa Connect Recovery Tool. Both are available at http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/DriverDownloads.aspx.
Pls be forwarned that some utilities can and will reset your SanDisk to default and any or all data can and may be deleted.
Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things are or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
