Remove drain hose in back and make sure it is not plugged with hair. also there is a drain hole between the rubber seals in the front of the washer just inside the door that always seems to plug with hair. When you remove the drain hose make sure to look inside the hole where the hose connects to the washer.

hope that works!

Lights flashing, F24 flashing washer has stoped

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. F24 is a water temperature sensor error which is caused when the water temp. sensor value is out of range during the water heating step of the wash cycle. To resolve this issue you’ll have to check the water temperature sensor and its connections. If everything seems to be working fine then you’ll have to replace the water temp.sensor. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

The rinse cycle does not work, but everything else does

I don't know if the problem is solved but last night we ran the washer without any clothes in it and everything seemed to work fine. My wife was able to run a load of laundry and it seemed to work. I hope it was just too much clothes the first time it stopped or the washer was just acting up. Either way, I had nothing to do with the fix. Sorry I couldn't be any more help. Thank you for the link to assistance plan, it might come in handy in the future.

Thanks again,

Drum does not spin

I had similar problem recently. It turned out the main controller right above the drain hose exit on the back was the problem. I got a new board from MALBER and replaced it myself. It is working now.

with the timer in the wash position on any cycle do you have 120 volts on the selenoids that the water hoses are connected to with the temp selector set for warm wash and timer knob pulled out? if you do then the water inlet valve is the issue, if no voltage you could have gotten a defective timer
