Seems like a strange thing for a game to need you to do as Safe Mode is a special way for Windows to load when there is a system-critical problem that interferes with the normal operation of Windows. The purpose of Safe Mode is to allow you to troubleshoot Windows and try to determine what is causing it to not function correctly. Once you have corrected the problem, then you can reboot and Windows will load normally. Anyway more info here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222 but i would be very carefull

My safe mode has been on 3 days,I have tried to turn off power, and restart. Also tried to turn and tap power off.Any other suggestions how to get off,and why did it appear

A laptop or computer in safe mode normally suggests a corrupt file caused by switching off before it has closed down properly. Run safe mode and check for faulty files.

Hi There

Turn off your PC normally and boot it back up. If you have repaired your issues, it will boot up normally. (You obviously had issues or you wouldn't be in Safe Mode.)

Overheating laptop

Run the laptop in safe mode and monitor performance, you can do this by holding down f8 when starting up. If it runs fine in safe mode and doesn't overheat it means you have a virus/processes causing the laptop to overwork. Also ensure you aren't running games/software above your laptops specifications and you can get a laptop cooler from any electronic store.

Blue screen telling me to contact system administrator technic

Please try hard rebooting the device, this should clear the issue.
If this does not work then try booting Windows into safe mode and restoring the system to a earlyer date.

Good luck.

I have forgotten my password. Cannot even get into my documents. This is not my Internet password but my login password.

hello, sometimes machines would allow you to get into windows using safemode option. turn on you computer and pres f8 several times until you come to this page where you can select safe mode. select safe mode and if the machine allows you to get into windows, remove you password by going to control panel then user accounts. If you are not able to get into windows, then I recommend you take it to a local computer shop to get the password remove. there are some other methods to remove the password using software but im not sure if I am allowed to say the names here.

Turn on the computer, as soon as you press the power button, keep tapping F8 until a black screen with options comes up.

Choose the Safe Mode option. Once in Safe Mode, logon with the Administrator account. Once logged on, go to Control Panel to change the password for YOUR user account. Restart back into normal mode after that.

I have tried everything to turn my laptop on even battery out and plugged in it wont turn on help me please!!!

I recommend you to try checking with your adapter and external power source.
If the laptop turns on but the screen is blank or no display, then the issue can be even due to corrupted display drivers.

If the laptop does not boot at all, then issue mught be due to battery, hard disk, etc.

I recommend you try the steps in the below link:

http://notebook-solutions.blogspot.com/2009/05/notebook-solutions-notebook-solutions.html

Follow the steps from No power or no boot in laptops.

Also try if you can boot into safe mode.
If you can boot into safe mode, perform recovery so that your laptop may turn on.

Computer keeps rebooting into safe mode after trying to Restore

Hold down the number "0"key and continue to hold it down as you turn on the laptop. Keep holding the key and then if the laptop makes a sound let go and hopefully it will go into the internal factory restore for your laptop.

If it doesn't then you'll need to restore your laptop with your recovery disks.

Either way the hard drive needs to be wiped out in order to get rid of the virus since it did irrepairable damage to the operating system.

If you need help with restoring your laptop back to factory defaults, let me know and I'll walk you thru it.
