If you get a chance, Please explain in detail what you are attempting to do. I have a Deans List BA Degree in Computer Science and I am and expert programmer in every version of Windows since its initial release in 1984. I have built over 300 computers from scratch and upgraded over a thousand in my 25 years in the field. I am retired at 42 years old and I do this for fun so there will be no charge for my help. rebooting you computer is done by shutting down your computer and restarting it. Are you trying to say you need to reinstall your operating system?
