Ok that means you need a driver for each of those. You will either have to go to the manufacture website (ex. dell.com) or the motherboard manufacture (if you built it yourself) look up the correct model pc/motherboard and download the drivers for each item (ethernet, multimedia controler). After you run each of the downloads either it will remove the exclamation mark or if not you can right click the item with exclamation and hit "update driver" and click next through all the menus and it should install.
That means the driver is not installed the hardware has been dectected by the OS but there was no drivers for the sound card so pls reinstall the drivers for it
this yellow question mark indicates that you device driver are not installed properly or not functioning.
so kindly right click on that yellow and select the update driver and put the asus motherborad cd in the cd-rom and than click next on to install drivers automatically from the cd.
Go to "Device Manager" and look if any yellow or red alerts are being displayed next to any devices. To access the "Device Manager" go to the 'Control Panel", "Administrative Tools", "Computer Management" and select "Device Manager" located in the left side column. If there is an alert, double click on that device to determine the problem, i.e.… device not configured, cannot start this device, etc… It sounds like all your software drivers got blown away or can’t load. If that’s the case, try running diagnostics. Press and hold the <Fn> key while powering the system on. This will initiate a diagnostic routine to check your hardware.
