If its F2- 31 , its the drum mark problem.The drum may be defective or the wrong drum fixed on a machine.Also clean the drum mark sensor on the drum unit.

H4 is a fusing error. It isn't getting to the right temperature and needs to be checked by a technician in case you need a new thermistor.
