Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5. The pictures won't download to my computer. When the camera is connected and I switch it on, I get the message Access in red, but it only stays on for about 10 seconds, then I just have the transfer icon and nothing happens. I have reinstalled the software and this has not helped
