Question about Kenmore Elite HE4 Electric Dryer
My husband is trying to help our friends out fixing their dryer. He usually has no problem, but this one is troubling.
The dryer only runs when you push the button in, when you release the buttton, the dryer stops.
He replaced the board on it, there was obvious burn marks on a few resistors. Then the owner went online got some info and ordered a thermal fuse. When they tested the fuse, it was okay, so they did not replace it.
Possible interface bd(front controls)there is a lot of electronics on the back side the relay bd on top left receives most of it's commands from front controls if your husband knows how to ck things pull bottom panel off there is a tech sheet on backside..may even ck thermistor on blower housing for correct readings
