Hey maybe it is something with your password? My ex password had symbols such as "<,>,-," and it was impossible to login with it, then i changed it to a simple password with letters and numbers only, and now it works fine!!

Firstly i thought that it was not the password's error, and i tried to change my new simple password to an old non working and complicated, when i did that, the store stopped work again(1 click) with the same error(80023101)!! That's how i realized that my problem is only with my password!!
