Question about GE 25932 Cordless Phone
Our system is the 5.8 GHZ 1 base unit & 2-handsets also we have a std. single unit stationarywith cord a. Allof the phones have been perfect . untill yesterday eve. nothing works the 5.8 units all say OUT OF RANGE single unit NOTHING if i call our # i get a busy signial . and ,no no line is off the hook got power ECT...CAN YOU HELP ???
Was there a storm ie electrical try unplugging the main set and see if the busy line goes away if it does you can try unplugging them from the electric for while and then replug them to see if this reset them if the busy line return it appears the phone(s) are done

Tips for a great answer:
A reset is done by following the below steps:
1. Disconnect the battery from handset(s)
2. Disconnect Phone Cord from wall jack
3. Disconnect Phone cord from base unit
4. Disconnect AC adapter from wall outlet
5. Allow to sit for 30 min
6. Reconnect Phone Cord to base
7. Reconnect Phone cord to wall jack
8. Reconnect AC Adapter to wall outlet
9. Reconnect battery into handset until you click or feel the plug snap into place
10. Re-Register Handset by placing on main base
