Please do not attempt to use the machine.
If water is leaking it could cause electrical shock, or further damage the machine.
In this case it is best to contact Breville customer support.

No coffee coming out. i hear it grinds but no water coming out. i primed but to no avail. i do get ground dry beans in the resovoir

Hi
Turn your small knob down in the bean hopper. You are putting to much coffee in the brw unit. The + / - knob has to be turned down 1 mark or click.

Our coffee machine keeps leaking and the little tray inside overflows and have the empty it all the time. We think it might be the hose inside thats not connected properly.

Hi
Sounds like your drain is getting plugged with coffee residue. Remove your brw unit. There is an injector that has 2 orange o-rings in it in the back. That pocket below it is filling with water. There is a drain that is to the bottom left that goes into the drip tray in front. Use a prob of some kind that is about 12" long that you can stick down and forward in the drain pocket. Work it towards the fron and you should open the drain again. it fills with oils, so use some hot sudzy water and clean it out.

Bought a new Fluidmaster from Home Depot and lost my instruction sheet in english......Colony FitRight two piece toilet. after flushing, the water still runs (most times) into the refill tube. It looks...

First, turn water off at wall valve under toilet. Next, find the plastic ring/collar almost at the bottom of the fluidmaster's shaft inside the tank. Pull UP on the locking ring/collar until it comes loose. This releases the upper shaft from the lower shaft and it can be pulled up or pushed down on the lower shaft to make the entire shaft taller or shorter. It has to be pulled or pushed over some plastic grooves, so it may take a bit of twisting and/or moderate force to move it. You must LOCK the ring/collar back down to the bottom of the upper shaft before turning the water back on. Locking the ring back down may require a bit of twisting back and forth to line up those grooves inside the shaft. Only turn water back on after this lockring is pushed securely back down, after adjusting the shaft height.

EMERSON FAN MOTOR WHICH HAS A BLK WIRE PURPLE WIRE AND A BROWN WIRE WENT DEAD. SO I BOUGHT A NEW FAN EMERSON CAME WITH 4 WIRES BLK ,WHITH, BR AND BRW AND BRW WITH WHITE STRIPE. I WIRED IT BLK TO THE...

The two brown wires go to the fans capacitor. The capacitor should always be changed with the fan motor.

It sounds like your unit has a dual capacitor. One side for the fan and the other for the compressor. All you will be doing (After rewiring the compressor wires as they were originally.) is abandoning the fan side of the capacitor, and wiring your new capacitor to the brown and brown with stripe wires. It does not matter which terminals the brown wires go on.

Mac won't recognize sansa

On your sansa, go to "Settings" then System Settings" then "USB Mode," then change it to MSC, if that does not work, try the other modes, just in case.
Hope this helps.

Detergent won't dispense

Check the valve at the bottom of the tank, does it push up then come back by itself (part #43513014)? If it is ok, then there may be a problem with the plate that the tank sits on or the plunger inside the handle isn't pushing to release the detergent.
