Since you only have a CD drive on your computer, you can get a Blu-ray drive and simply connect it to your computer via USB.

Then you also need to download a piece of Blu-ray player program to play the Blu-ray discs. You can try Leawo Blu-ray Player which is a free program.
It's not really possible to do this internally. It would cost you more than the original price of the laptop to do so.

Laptops do not use generic ODD like desktops do. that drive has custom front cover to fit you old PC and not look UGLY FIT.
the steps are buy the drive (correct one) and install it
I see none for sale so all questions internal are moot.
or buy USB external Blu-ray drive ! bingo but most fail on XP , no TOLD by you.
google it find it and buy it and plug it in.
or ask any shop to do this.
