Konica KD-100 and Windows 98

Hi

Trying to download pictures from a Konica Digital Revio KD-100 to a Windows
98 PC.

I've installed the drivers as per instructions, rebooted, connected the USB
lead, camera display says "DISK DRIVE" which seems useful, but what next?

The instructions say "Double-click My Computer icon on the desktop and find
the Removable Disk".

Well, I've got several removable disks, being a floppy, a CD writer and a
DVD writer, but no new disk drives have appeared that have anything to do
with the camera.

What do I do next? - Konica's web site is no help, a search for "KD-100"
gets no hits so it looks like they don't even admit to having made the
device!
