Question about Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone
When receiving an incoming call only the reception phone is ringing not the extensions. The extensions ring on an internal intercom call fine but I need them to ring on external as well. Please help as this is a real issue.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: Incoming Call not Ringing
Either call line 3 first, or make your phone ring :-)
What might be the easiest is to swap modular plugs in the back room between 2 and 5. That way, you get your old extension back and everything will work as it did.
If you can't do that, then you're going to have to do some system programming to turn on the ringing on your phone. If you have a TA series system, you should be able to do it from either the PC or a phone connected to jack $1. If you have another model, you should have a system manual on how do make programming changes.

SOURCE: Night switching for KX-T7630
You have 4 different modes of calling available to be programmed: DAY NIGHT BREAK and LUNCH. Your installer has to set up the ICD groups, but you can create a LUNCH group which looks like the day mode but rings all phones. The codes are accessed by dialing on the intercom *780x where 0 is day 1 is night 2 is lunch and 3 is break.
You may use the NIGHT mode in the daytime, but if you have voice mail, it will play the night greeting instead of a day greeting.

Somehow you might have taken the lines off the extension. I would double check that under line appearance, that extension is set to "appear and ring" for each line.

press the mode button 5 times and then use the jog dial to get the * down to nothing.
your phone should no longer ring.
