My Websearch may not technically be spyware, but they're close enough. I prefer not to run anything like it. To uninstall:

First, uninstall the My Web Search option from Add/Remove Programs
1) Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel
2) Double click on Add/Remove Programs
3) Find "My Web Search" in the list of installed programs and click on Change/Remove to uninstall it. You may also want to uninstall any of the following items associated with FunWebProducts.

  • My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
  • My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
  • My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
  • My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
  • Search Assistant - My Way
4) Reboot your Computer and run HijackThis
5) With HijackThis, scan for and fix any of the entries shown above that may be remaining.
6) Next, open My Computer, Drive C, and double-click on the Program Files folder
7) Right-click and delete the folders for:
  • FunWebProducts
  • MyWebSearch
8) MyWebSearch should now be completely uninstalled from your computer.
9) There will be some minor registry entries left behind by the uninstall, however these can be cleaned up by running SpyBot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE or left alone.

Error loading C:PROGRA~1MYWEBS~1ar.binM3PLUGIN.DLL

That looks like the "MyWebSearch" search bar add-on for your browser. Do you run any adware or spyware cleaning utilities? If so, some find this as spyware. It may have removed part of the program from your system. Try uninstalling "MyWebSearch" and see if that helps. If not, go to your startup items and disable "MyWebSearch from running on startup.

C:\program~1\Mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll

This is a result of Mywebsearch. download and run "malwarebytes". Then go to the start button, in the "Run" box type "msconfig" when the box pops up got to"Startup" tab and uncheck anything that says mywebsearch or starts with anything resembling it.

Download programe-1\mywebsearch~1\3.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL free missing

I need more information for what your problem is.
What is your OS and version, it would help also to know what the CPU, cards added if any, and what the motherboard name and model, along with the latest version of the bios you have. All of this can affect your drivers and the system in general.
Finally what the driver is for.

This is a remanent of the infamous mywebsearch toolbar which was removed incorrectly or partially.

Download hijackthis.

And follow the steps here to remove the rest of it and get rid of the error message.
