I can"t see me picture

At the top right of screen where your name is there is a drop down arrow, click on it and then select profile. You will find options, however I do not think you can change your screen name but all other options such as avatar are changeable including uploading your own picture if you really want to.

Go to your personal facebook profile, bring your the mouser over your profile picture and an option should appear beside the picture saying "change profile picture" or "edit profile picture" click it. After that just browse through your pictures and select one or upload from your computer.

Then to customize how you look, what outfit to wear.and background + more.

1. Click the "appearance" tab to choose your skin color, face and eyes, and hairstyle. Pick your eye and hair colors by clicking on the colored squares to the right of each image.

2. Click the "apparel" tab You can try on full outfits or different tops and bottoms. Mix and match.

3. Click the "extras" tab to try out accessories like sunglasses. sports and hobbies gear such as backpacks, bikes, and snowboards. Adopt a cute pet. Or try different hats.

4. Click the "Backgrounds" tab if you like the snow, the beach, or a nightclub.

Once you've customized your avatar, don't forget to scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page and press "Preview", and then "OK" in the next screen. And your done.

TO GET A PHOTO/CUSTOM PICTURE AS YOUR AVATAR.
If you want a photo/custom picture as your avatar you need to make a yahoo 360 account. http://360.yahoo.com/login.html?.done=ht...

The photo needs to be saved on your computer as a jpg file, don't worry about the size to much yahoo will adapt it. Then go to the following 4 steps. below

1.. Go to your 360 page then click "my page" (top of page).

2. Click "edit personal photo" (on the left above photo window).

3. Click "browse" choose the photo from your photos click "save", Set as primary and "save".

4. Go to your "edit my profile" http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit click "use my yahoo 360 picture" scroll down and press "preview", and then "OK" in the next screen.
And your done.

5. If you want a CARTOON avatar then create or modify one at http://avatars.yahoo.com and then go to 3.

6. If you want a PHOTO avatar then upload an image to your profile at http://profiles.yahoo.com . Click on the current photo to get the update options. Select the one you want to use and then go to 3.

7. Now go to the Yahoo Answers profile at http://answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit . You can pick the cartoon or photo to use.. BE SURE TO PREVIEW AND SAVE (OK) THE PAGE AT THE BOTTOM.

Click on the "My Expertise" link on the left of the page (not the one in the upper right!) Scroll down to where it says "Upload your Profile Picture". There you can upload an avatar. Files must be 50kb or smaller, and either JPG, GIF, or PNG format. When you are done, click "Save Changes" at the bottom. If you don't see the folder it is probably hidden. I have windows 7 and I had to show hidden folders to see it.

Go to your 360 page at http://360.yahoo.com , and upload a .jpg picture, mark it as primary, then go to "My Profile" / "Edit My Info" in Answers. and select the picture.

Go to "My Profile" "Edit My Info" in Answers and select the avatar.

Click on My Profile/My 360 Profile/My Page/Edit Personal Photos/Browse/
select the photo from a folder in your hard drive and click on it/Save/Edit Personal Photos/Set as primary/Save
Also you can open an Instant Message box with anyone, then go to the top and click on VIEW then click on MY DISPLAY/ IMAGE OPTIONS, then click on CHOOSE A PICTURE. It will then permit you to choose from the pictures on your computer. If you have none on your hard drive, it offers an avitar icon you can use. You can use the same steps when you want to change the picture. Just the last step would be change my picture.

hi! i have the same problem but i already resolved my issue!..
i also cant change my display image in yahoo messanger!..
i tried so many things to solved this issue but doesnt work!..

so i decided to do this steps:

- first you need to log-out Yahoo Messanger
- on the right lower part of the window, right-click yahoo logo then choose Exit

- open My Coputer
- go to C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles
- then look for your Yahoo ID folder
- delete that folder permanently by using Shift + Delete
- then restart your computer

- now open YM then log-in your account
- try to change your display image
- browse the picture you want to display
- then poooffff!!! hehehe...
