Iphine is locked - Apple iPhone 3GS Black (16 GB)

Sounds like they got fried by the water. You just can't expect rice to heal the electronic components (although it will take away the water). It would probably be cheaper just to buy an new iPhone than to get it repaired.

find the theme/picture you wish to install (if its already on the cell), click on it go to options /save as wallpaper/background/done...

if its not on cell you can download via internet on cell, then follow above info..

Is the volume up fully (click on the volume buttons on the side)

Is it on vibrate? Very easy to inadvertently knock the sound switch to vibrate, which is located next to the volume buttons.

IPod and similarly iphine too are very pc specific. You cant just attach it to ant PC and add music or videos to it. It has to be the same PC. So, go to your old PC and detach it from that PC and then use it with the new laptop. Or you should be prepaired to loose your data that you loaded with old itunes.

first you have to enable the Bluetooth to scanning mode,
To do this, press and hold the power button continously for 10 seconds, you may have a stable LED, this shows that its in discoverable mode,
Now perform scanning and you may get your device and you can pair and make it work with default code of 0000 or 1234 or 888

connect to itunes and restore
if you cant restore hold own power and the home button until the iphone comes to the disk and usb cable screen this will take a long time about 2 mins it will start and start again just keep holding
