I don't think that's possible. the front wheel usually doesn't have a lot of pressure on it, so its a little bit in the air some times, and that's what makes the wheel wobbling.

try to put something heavy in the front of the stroller, that could smooth it out a little

Hi, Although it likely won't solve the wheel problem, I did want to let you know that several Phil & Ted E3 strollers, like the one pictured above, have been recalled due to a laceration hazard. You should be able to get a free repair kit from the manufacturer. Information is available here: http://wemakeitsafer.com/Phil-Teds-e3-Single-Buggy-e3-Twin-Buggy-and-sport-v1-Single-Buggy-Strollers-an-additional-425-e3-Twin-Buggy-Strollers-were-recalled-on-May-5-2006-Recall-464899-870089

The front wheel of my yamaha 80 wobbles when I am riding my bike. what is wrong

There can be two issues related to this problem.
The front wheel can be off balance on the bike. This means you will need to balance the wheel using a wheel balancer.
Secondly the wheel bearing could be faulty and result in wobble. You will need to check the front assembly fully, check the suspension and shaft.

My front tires bounce went I drive between 70 mph & 75 mph, I have had my tires spin balanced ,& I have put new shocks on the front ,but I still experience tire bouncing

If they have been spin balanced properly, then the wheels and/or tires are out of round or you have a bent rim. The right way to check this is to use a dial indicator and measure the runout of the tire and the rim. A good tire shop should have the equipment to measure this. There is always some radial runout (difference in distance between the center of rotation and the outer surface, both on the tire and on the wheel). When the tires are mounted on the rims, If the high spots of the tires happen to be aligned with the high spots of the rims, this makes the total runout worse. If the high spots of the tires are aligned with the low spots of the rims, the total runout is better. There is a limit on how much runout is acceptable to give a smooth ride. The tire shop should also measure lateral runout, which is the side-to-side variation in the wheel as it spins, or "wobble". If excessive, this would be a sign of a bent rim. Also, with the vehicle jacked up so the weight is off the wheels, you should check for any looseness in the suspension and bearings, which can also cause vibration.

I've got a 2003 Hyundai Accent and I've been having problems with the front end. There's a lot of wobbling mainly coming from the passeneger side front tire. There's no noise associated with it. It's...

Check the CV shafts. To do that turn the steering wheel all the way and slowly take off, radio off, and listen for a "clunking" type sound. The turn the wheel the other way, all the way and do the same.
Kinda' sounds as if the CV shafts need some attention. :-)

2005 Vulcan 1600 Classic; having problems with the steering lock. It won't lock/unlock at times. Flooded with WD40, but still does it. Any help? Also ever since new has a steering wobble when decelerating...

When you go to lock it or unlock the steering give the bars a little wiggle while turning the key. Somtime the rod that goes into the hole gets gummed up. As for the front end wobble I would take a look at the wheel to see if it has gotten bent or if you have lost a wheel weight. Also check the wheel bearings buy getting the front wheel off the ground and hold the front end from moving and grab the top and bottom of the wheel and see if there is any side to side rocking movment. If there is stop riding the bike and get them replaced.
