Question about Xerox Office Equipment & Supplies
When the machine comes on. There is a cable that runs from the scanner to the processor. When the machine is ON, unplug it and re connect it . It should reboot. That cable most likely needs replaced. But try disconnecting and reconnecting it with the machine on.
