Question about HP Photosmart C6180 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Hi, my printer is used for home based business and suddenly is not printing. it keeps prompting to put output tray all the way down but it already is. it is a c6180 I have the same problem. So what is the fix?
I fixed it just now and easiest,
following the step below:
1) Can you see the blue thing between the paper tray and the printing tray? That's the Output Tray! Just press it back in as much as u could
(but don't break it). Then you trying print (testing), they might have a paper jam but its normal. After the jam, they will tell to dismantle the jammed paper at the back.
2) Shut down (or restart) your printer (unplug the power switch or it won't work). Plug it in again and then just simply its done!
3) If it won't work, repeat the previous step again... Good Luck ;)
