I have a laptop acer emachines e725, working on windows7, my webcam optimized for low light environments does not work well, knewing that am using a program of logiteck quickcam. when i try to use my cam , the message belowing is affiched : This program has known compatibility issues. check online microsoft website if solutions are available. logiteck quickcam is incompatible with this version of Windows. in this order, I'd be very grateful to bring me your assistance as an expert with a reputation well established, to solve my problem. thank you verry much, best regards.

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.
