Press PROGRAM and the button where you have programmed the extensions. What does it say? If it doesn't have EXT in front of it, dial 1 and the extension and STORE or ENTER. The button could be just programmed without the leading "1" and it will dial an extension but not monitor its status.

Light indicating an extension is in use not lit up

The light is either not programmed, or the extension is disconnected.
In the first case, press PROG the button and dial 1 plus the extension number and ENTER. In the second case, the digital phone has to be in place and idle before the light will go out.

CO button light was stuck so to clear it i pressed Prog, then CO button, then 2 (clear) and then enter. Doing this cleared the light but it also cleared the extension associated with it. I have re-added...

What was 2? Extensions are put in with a 1. The 2 is used for internal or speed dial calls (as in 29 plus a number gets you speed dial).

If you assign a digital station that is not in service to a button, you will get a busy light.

Extension Lights Don't Light Up

When you programmed them, did you press PROG the button 1 plus the ext, or did you use 2? The digit 1 makes it a DSS button, 2 a speed dial.

The Message/Ringer Lamp does not light up when someone has left a message on model #KX-T7667.

Go to another phone and dial *701 plus the extension of the 7667. Does the MW light work? If it does and all the others work from VM, then you probably missed an assocation of the mailbox with the extension. It's fixed from the console if it's a TVA system or from the mailbox manager's box, 999.

Feature light flashing and canceling DND doesn't clear it

Turns out, that particular extension had a voicemail. Not sure how that happened, because it's a shared phone and nobody is assigned that extension.

Wireless phone extension not working on receiver. Red light and horrible sound hen connection is attempted

You need to register the unit it will work:
1.
Make sure the Base Unit is switched on and has a Green light showing.
2. Unplug everything connected to the Base Unit sockets (you will reconnect them later).
3. Plug the Extension Unit into a power point near the Base Unit, switch on the power and watch the light on the Extension Unit.
4. If the light on the Extension Unit is not glowing a steady Red then the Extension Unit must first be deregistered. Follow Step A and Step B in
the Deregistering an Extension Unit box below then try to register the Extension Unit again.
5. Plug one end of a supplied line cord into to either socket on the Base Unit and plug the other end into the extra Extension Unit
(This cord is used to do the actual registering).
6. The light on the Extension Unit will glow Red for up to a minute and then change to Green or Yellow.
7. Once you have the Green or Yellow light on the Extension Unit, unplug the line cord between the Base Unit and the Extension Unit
(You can unplug the Extension Unit – it will remember being registered).
8. Plug in everything that used to be connected to the Base Unit sockets.
9. Install the extra Extension Unit as per the Extension Unit Installation steps on the other side of this page.

No Light to show off hook

Start by going to the phones that need to have the button fixed.
Press:
[Program], [9][9], [Button] (you should see an incorrect ext number), [2], [Correct ext number] and [Store]
You may need to repeat this at all phones that need the corrected light.
