Question about Bissell 3594 CleanView PowerTrak Bagless Upright Vacuum
Hi - I ordered a replacement relese lever because it broke on my vacumm, and I can't seem to figure out how to remove the broken one/replace with teh new one. Can you help?
Flip over the vac and use a long skinny screwdriver to spread the tabs that capture the two nubs on either side of the lever then pull the old part out. Then simply align the new part, and press it down into the slot till it clicks in place.

Remove the brush and clean all the string or whatever may be trapped at the end edges of the brush. This is usually the case with Bissel vacs, that string or fiber gets trapped at the ends of the brush assembly.
