2 ways: on the device: go to explorer (in the main menu) - select the file you want - press "a-b" button, a box will appear on the screen saying "delete file?" - select "yes" the highlighter is white

on the computer: plug in the mr310 - open up "my computer" - open up "mr310" (or whatever you named it as) - select the file you want to delete - press "delete" on the keyboard - click "yes" on the delete dialog box

Why won't my new mp3 work properly?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

I have a reddmango mp3 player. it stopped working for abit but i format it, then it started working again because the red light was flashing but when i put in my headphones in i cant hear nothing...

If you formatted it, you will have to but music back on to it.

I assume that you tried the volume controls, so you should verify that the ear buds are working properly. Either try your ear buds in another device or try a different set of buds (that you have verified work) in your MP3 player.

I have a Reddmango MR118 MP3 player, it wont let me delete music files from it. How do i delete the songs i don't want on it?

You should be able to open the folder up in explorer and view all the songs in it, like a flash drive. Just click on the song you dont want and click the delete key! This has to be done on the computer.

MP3 doesnt play music

re-encode to >32kbps, the Redmango won't read files at a lower bitrate.
