Network Printing I am not able to print over my network, need assistance please.

First make sure the network cable is connected to both computers. Then the computer that has the printer directly connected to it; make this the main. In printer settings, click to share this printer on the network. Make sure hardware driver and software is installed on both computers. Turn everything off and restart after settings changes and hopefully this can help solve your problem.

It seems you are using a print server to connect the printer 1280 to your LAN. Uninstall the printer software and printer server driver. Connect the print server to the network and first re-install the print server driver. Then connect the printer to the print server and install the printer software. Refer user manual for assistance. Printing blank pages

I am assuming that the printer is connected to a network. Please check the network cables to make sure they are secured, and then try printing the network setup page. The network setup page will show status connected. If the status is not connected, contact your system support person to make sure the network is functioning correctly

Before sending a job to print, make sure the printer is set to ready state. Ready or Power Saver appears on the display. Please check the status of the toner and check that you are using the correct printer driver.

Why my computer does not recognize lexmark E260dn printer?

The computer can not detect the printer for a number of reasons and this can be resolve by check the connection between the printer and computer. Please make sure you are using the recommended USB or Ethernet cable (network connected). Check the cable connections to the printer to make sure they are secure. For more information, see the setup documentation that came with the printer.

If connected to a network, make sure that the printer is connected to the network. Print a network setup page and check that the status shows Connected. If the status is Not Connected, check the network cables, and then try printing the network setup page again. Contact your system support person to make sure the network is functioning correctly.

Can HP 1410 printer support LAN.

HP 1410 is not a network printer. If you want network printing, you must purchase a printer that features network printing.

You can designate a pc to act as network server and plug printer into that server, and then print from another computer on the same network

I just bought a samsung scx-4725fn and want to set it up for my home network. There is no instructions on how to set it up so that all my computers in the network can print to it, not to connect it to one...

With the printer connected to the network, just install the drivers on each PC, and select "Network Printer" when prompted at install. The installer will search for the printer on the network and will probably find it. If not, you just need to provide the IP address of the printer. Assuming your network uses DHCP for addressing, the printer will have been provided an appropriate address automatically. You can find out what this address is by scrolling though the Network Setup menu on the device or by printing a network configuation page. Printing of this page is an option on the Reports menu.

Setting up wireless connection to network

You have to set up a network and then make sure workgroup name is all same and make sure when you set it up you allow for printing on the network, Now when you go to print make sure the computer, the printer is hooked to it, and the printer is on, Now go to your control panel, Open your printer and faxes. on the left hand side it will say add printer, Click on that, Now click next, Now you want to select. " A network Printer, Or a printer attached to another computer". select that, and follow the directions windows will find the printer and install drivers so it should work after that, I sure Hopes that this solution fixes your printing problems.
