Hi, I am iinvestigating a Gateway laptop my husband purchased last December. We usued it to retrieve email in our motorhome this past winter and haven't done much else with it. I decided to look over the programs and went to Microsoft Manager, clicked on it and the cursor has been spinning on that sight now for over an hour. How can I stop it and go on to something else.

Im trying to write a letter on microsoft office but somthing poping up saying that i need to have a, organization and a product key but i have no idea what they are?

You probably have a new PC which came with 90 day trail version of MS Office.
Instead of paying money to Microsoft, download OpenOffice. It is a free open source Office suite that works just like MS Office, it even opens word documents, Powerpoint and Excel files.
Get it here :

http://www.openoffice.org/

copy and paste the complete link into your browser.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

How do I send my Gateway product for service and repair?
You must contact a Gateway technician for authorization to send in a Gateway product for all in or out of warranty repairs. Upon exhausting troubleshooting resources, the technician will determine if a product requires service. Contact technical support through e-mail, chat or by calling the correct number as listed below. You may also contact Gateway technical support at the following:
