Question about Washing Machines

I have A Whirlpool awm321 washing machine it'sa farly all macheine, the other day i did a load of washing and it was fine i came backafta an hour to do sum more and for sum reason it dosent seem to run thrgh its cycle correctly it seems 2 get stuk half way thrugh and if you turn the dile on a bit it stats agen but it won't dran any water.

    also have the same problem machine cuts out during program, and does not empty properley

U need to take the pump off and clean it as well as empty the filter which will be full of ****/socks/tights etc.This is a common problem on mine.Pump not easy to reach you will have to tilt the machine backwards to reach underneath and do the removal.You will soon get accustomed to this lol

Pull out the reciept. Read the info that came with it. Call for warranty service OR if possible, return it to store fro exchange or refund. Some appliances cannot be returned to store, therefore read blurb first.

YES..I think drain hose @ sink too low Waste water from sink entering machine...Raise pipe....tie up ....

We have a Whirlpool awm8143 model front loader. works fine


this could signify that you have the outlet hose to far down the outlet pipe of the machine, or if you have it plumbed in to the plumbing under the sink you could have dirty sink water flowing back into the machine

We went camping for 2 days came home and the calypso washing machine won't start. We ran a load the day we left with no problems. The outlet works fine, we even tried plugging it into another outlet just...


The same happened with my Sears Calypso machine. The common problem is the front display panel. If you are able to find one at a very good price, post it here.

Washer won't drain may be plugged


The drain may be clogged with debris. Please check your manual because there may be an access port under the panel at the bottom of the machine to remove the blockage.

Entire wash cycle runs very slow.


its likely the intermittent issue again thats related to all these so far.
but first check the filter in the bottom access panel for debris (3 screws on bottom lip)
