You need special software to remove the DRM protection from the Itunes. I will send it to you for free, Just send me an E-mail asking for it to geokohler @gmail.com and I will attach the program you need as a zip file to my reply. Once you remove the copy protection you will be able to copy your music to any type or number of devices. They don't seem to mention the garbage the embed in there music that you paid for and can't even use. Anyway, this is an easy work around. You simply install the software on the computer that is authorized to play the music. You cue up all the music you want to remove the digital rights management software from and let it run while you are sleeping. As you sleep the software plays the music and records it at high speed into a new folder. when you wake up you have a folder full of clean mp3's with no DRM. Now you can do what ever you want with your music. Teach your friends how to do this too. You have the right to make backup copies of the music you payed for so this is totally legal under the rules of the fair use act. It's just illegal if you then trade with your friends after you strip of the DRM garbage. Hope you find this helpful. If you need a walk through send your number too and I will call you for free when you get the software and I will teach you how to use it. Please take the time to come back and rate this a fixya after I set you up and get you running. That's all I ask. If you need other help get back to me too. I love helping people when big companies try to screw them.

When i download songs and put it on my microsd chip... and when i put it in my cellphone the download songs dont appear on my phone.. please help me to solve it... Thanks

You have to make sure that your phone supports the Audio format that you have the songs saved to. Also it depends on the type of phone that you have, some phones require software to create and index file for the songs that you have it load onto the phone. With out the index file the phone does not know how to identify new songs.
Hope this helps

I am having trouble downloading music to my Delstar DS 809 Portable Media Player. Please help as I am computer challenged.

Hey! Once you download music, you then transfer the music to your Delstar. I'm not sure whether or not it's allowed to post peer-to-peer (generally illegal) program's websites on this website. Therefore, let's say that you purchase your music from an online company such as Apple through iTunes or Rhapsody. After purchasing and downloading the music you want through iTunes or Rhapsody, you then are able to transfer the files onto your Delstar. You can either save the files to your Delstar (using iTunes) or going to the file's location in Windows Explorer and then moving them to your Delstar. This same method can be used with Peer-to-Peer programs. However, said such programs run the risk of a virus piggy-backing onto the music files and, consequently, onto your computer. Torrenting is another method as well. If you say that you are computer-challenged, your best and safest bet is to do it through iTunes. It will cost money, but it will be safe. Therefore, I have provided this link and video that explains how to utilize iTunes. Computer skills are not easily learned, and mistakes will occur along the way. Patience and research are always a great way of tackling a computing problem. I've noticed that, over time, my knowledge of computers has grown fantastically just from everyday use and research. Good luck!

Flash drive is not working correctly

Did you try to download your songs to your media player, or whatever you use to play music on yours? Sometimes if they are not saved correctly you can not just copy them to anywhere.
