Follow the intructions in the site.

Download latest firmware from Casio, itll allow you to take pictures, but will not fix the anti-shake error.

It sounds as if you anitshake unit is faulty and will require replacing.
It comes as a complete lens and circuit board assembly.

Got this camera for Christmas. Turned "on" the camera and I have this message 'Camera stabilizer is not available'. How can I fix this problem myself.

You should update a firmware to new version 1.03 / download from Casio site / . It will allow You to take pictures without camera stabiliser.
This problem with camera stabiliser needs lens alignement in authorized service.

The cmaera isl not permiting me to take pictures, opeining the lens results in error message Camera Stabilizer not available, then camera shuts down.
