Hii, you just uninstall the driver of your printer and remove its registry entry also by using some s/w like registry booster etc.
After that restart your machine and install the fresh copy.
And then print the test page.
After using this step if printer will work fine then its food otherwise format the system and then install the fresh copy else there is a problem in your printer and should contact to HP Customer Care.
Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
