YOU NEED A BEARING SEQUENCE GET PIECE OF PAPER WRITE NUMBERS 9 5 1 3 7 AND UNDER THIS NUMBER LINE NUMBERS UP ON EACH OTHER WRITE DOWN NUMBERS 8 6 2 4 10 YOU HAVE 10 CRANKSHAFT MAIN BEARING BOLTS. Cylinder head bolts:

Tighten the cylinder head bolts in criss cross manner inside out, in four stages as under:
Stage 1. Torque the bolts up to 17 Nm.
Stage 2. 34 Nm.
Stage 3. Rotate all the bolts 90 degrees.
Stage 4. Finally rotate all the bolts further 90 degrees.

Main Bearings:
Tighten the main bearing bolts in two stages, as under:
Stage 1. 61 Nm.
Stage 2. Rotate the bolts further 90 degrees.

Big end bearings:
Tighten the big end bolt of connecting rods in two stages as under:
Stage 1. 25 Nm.
Stage 2. Rotate the bolts further 90 degrees.

Cylinder head

depends on engine code, and single cam or twin cam. check your code. D16W4 sohc stage 1. 29nm stage 2 72nm. D16Y5. stage 1 20nm. 2. 49nm. 3.67nm . 4. 67nm. there are 2 other codes for sohc engines these are the same as D16W4. DOHC engine as follows B16A2 stage 1. 29nm. 2. 83nm. hope this helps, if you are ot sure give m the exact engine code and i can verify.
