Re: kodak easyshare printers
Www.kodak.com is where you can get most of your information regarding the printer. There are also a lot of different reviews in other places throughout the World Wide Web. Of course you may not decide to take my decision based on the fact that I work for the producer, but in my experience it has fantastic image quality: as good as the Kodak kiosks you'll see at Walmart or Target.

The easiest way to get the cable is to type in Kodak Easyshare in googles search. You will find a link that says Shopping results for..... Click on it, a whole mess of places to by the cable for around 3 dollars will show up. Clink on anyone of them to take you to the page to get to the seller of the cable. For the price I would probably avoid any ebay auctions and go with a direct purchase from like Buy.com.
one way or the other, someone must have change some settings on the Kodak EasyShare printer unknowing to you.
Since you do not know want was pressed to have caused this, the it would be better if you reset the printer. resetting will put the printer back to its default state. This will make the printer work fine as it has been doing before.
Or uninstall and reinstall the printer drivers. That is, detach the printer cord from your computer, uninstall the Kodak EasyShare printer dock Series 3 software, restart your computer and reinstall the software back just as you did when you first installed the printer to your computer.
Call Kodak tech support at 1-800-421-6699. Tell them that you are missing colors and have already tried cleaning and reseating the printhead (which I recommend you try first). Normally they will send you out a new one for free.
You should be able to use any Word Perfect program and print with it. It is a third party program to Kodak so it would be supported by Word Perfect. We have tested their software with our printer drivers and Home Center features and, as far as I know it all works fine. Have no fear of trying it.
I would consider checking with the software makers involved to learn more about any additional information they may have.
Talk to you soon.

That problem is alway related with the printhead! in order to fix it you just can try to clean that up or call to tech support and they will replace that for you! you just need to do some steps with them but you get ink with it!
1-Deep clean and calibrate the printhead
2-Try a firmware update @ www.kodak.com/go/downloads
3-Try a removal and reinstall of the printhead and inks
If all this fails, call Kodak Aio support : 1-800-421-6699 (USA)
