it's less than one year old, it should be fully covered under warranty.
I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer to get it fixed free.
You can contact them at the number in your owner's manual. If you don;t have it, I'd check with the dealer to see if they have contact info.

I understand that your wall oven is not allowing you to perform self-clean after you replaced your bake element. It sounds like it could be an issue within the control panel or sensor inside of your oven. I would recommend having a professional come out to properly diagnose your appliance. -Matt
