Ok i downloaded songs on my mp3 and it say on the divice the songs i downloaded were on there but when i tried to listin to the divice there was no songs on there.

I am also a user of SanDisk. They will not give any CD with it. Try using below steps to download the music.

This can be caused by the audio jack, if it doesn't sit tight anymore, the headphone becomes disconnected for small periods of time causing the iPod to detect the headphone as unplugged, hence it will pause. Try different headphones, especially nickel plated ones and make sure there's a tight fit. Also you could have corrupted mp3 files on there, especially if it only pauses on certain songs, delete those songs, restore and transfer again. If that doesn't help the jack needs replacement. If you're out of warranty you can send it to a third party iPod Repair Service.
u have to drag da music to the music files straight to da mp3 player u cant sync them because they will go strait to folders and u cant listin,,,,, if they are now in folders on ur mp3 go onto it from ur mp3 and take the nice long time of taking them out of the folders
Restart it and do it all over agian make sure you downloaded everything right and is correctly syncing your divice if that still doesnt work try and just drag and drop the songs
