Can't log off my favorite site. Administrator says problem is not at his end. Screen resolution is fuzzy. Curser keep jumping around when typing. Expanded image won't stay expanded. Makes a clunking noise every time I log on, or search, change sites. Had the computer l week and now find I can't upgrade to Ultimate w/o 512GH. Was supposed to have Intel dual core, but can find no documentation of such. Didn't have these problems with old XP before lst upgrade to windows Ultimate on old hard drive desk top. Am very frustrated and disappointed. Have Clear ISP with out router. Modem plug in.

If you wanted to see your specifications you can download a program called "speccy". As for the mouse, it could be a problem with the mouse itself. This goes the same for the monitor. You could try to use a different mouse and monitor and see if that fixes it. If your pc is still under warranty you could send it to the manufacturer. Hope it helped :)

My monitor is fuzzy in internet

Fuzzy on the internet and everything else or fuzzy just on the internet? check for monitor resolution and see if you have the screen resolution set right. If you have the resolution set too low, the screen can appear more fuzzy if the aspect ratio is not set right.

Remove then change name of registered owner

Create a new account with administrator privileges (you can call it Administrator). Don't set a password for it. save the changes and log off or reboot.
Log on to the Administrator account, look for the users configuration or account management. Delete your old account, the one that has your name. Also change the name of your computer. Explore the drive in search of personal documents you might have stored in it: Passwords to websites, E-mail address in mail clients, favorite sites.
Delete any file that may be left in your old account.

While typing on Acer Aspire the typing jumps around constantly...why?

Most of the time disabling the tapping for the touchpad solves the problem. Go to settings and disable the tapping for the touchpad, not the touchpad itself, just the tapping.
