Power spec t110 what is the process that pc would run smooth insted going. everytime is restarts it asking me f1 to restart

    what error code are you getting that it asks you to press f1? is it a system memory error or something like that?

sir have you tried clearing the jumper settings. if it still persist remove power supply of board and cmos battery for 5 mins. Then try to startup.

The fan is blocked up and is not able to keep the cpu cold, if it over heats your computer will shut down to prevent damage to itself then restart, to stop this from rebooting you will need to take it apart and remove the CPU thermal module that is attached to the fan and clean it, by doing this help the laptop and keep it running smoothly. Hi! Welcome to www.fixya.com.
Removed your power cable and drain power without any power. restart and keep on hitting f12 to get to the boot menu choose ODD then put the OS CD then press enter until its say press any key. If it did not work your other option is reboot and hit f1 or f2 to change the boot sequence on boot option. Restart pc then hit f2 go to boot option and choose DVD/CD to be your first boot option then press f10 restart and it should load automatically.

Everytime my laptop opens its saying a SMART failure was detected in ur hard disk drive,click F1 to continue...do i really have to change my hdd or it can be fix..but if i check in device manager it says...

click start run type cmd then type chkdsk/f which will automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive then defragment your hard drive or
press delete during boot up process enter BIOS then f1 for general help then run chkdsk/f which will automatically fix any corrupt files on your hard drive

Restarting takes too long pop-up message System Recovery

After the system has boot up try performing system restore to a back date when it was working fine. To perform a system restore u need to goto start -- All Programs -- acessories -- system tools-- system restore. If the issue persists u need to reinstall the OS.

Cannot run the Restart disk

Its MBR is get corrupt. which can not be easily rectified. (with a Startup /Recover disk)

You need to attach an External Hard disk which should be loaded with windows. Make it master after removing jumper.

Once you boot it with and then download the MBR for your OS. Let me know the status uptothis.

My laptop turns on itself, i don't know what's causing it. my windows(service pack 2) is fine and running smoothly....

Go to control panel. Power options and there u can see hibernate. enable hibernate and click apply. and come out and go for shut down and there u can see stand by shutdown and restart. then press shift button on keyboard the standby turn on to hibernate. then click hibernate it will shut down the entire system within 10 to 15 Sec try this. and Mail me on this mail ID
