Every time i try to download the software, upon clicking the "download now" button, it takes me to a page saying "internet explorer cannot display the webpage"
i'm running windows XP mediacenter edition...
try a different browser to diagnose wether its you or them.
download google chrome(internet explorer equivalent) and then try and download it through that browser, if you cant get it to download through chrome, then you might have spy killing software blocking your download. try this go to start/run/and in the run box type "msconfig" see whats running in startup. the most usual culprit is spywareblaster or spybot . get into your antispyware program and look for a control that says "block bad download" and shut that off temporarily. this could take some time. But Hopefully its just internet explorer frying out, if it is then chrome should get your download going, if you still cant download it through chrome and your spykiller is disabled try contacting the webmaster or email them at the website where your trying to download that file and see if its indeed them. You can try and download that file from another location by using google and searching for an "alternative site for download". or try googling your problem as" cant download so and so" and see what it says then..
