Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am trying to connect this to my computer and I don't have a manual to go by. This was given to me by my mother with no instructions. HELP!!
The first thing you need to do is hook up the printer and wait for Windows to find it. This tells you that your computer is working fine. Once it is found, it MUST have a software program made especially for it, so that Windows can work with the printer attached. This is called a DRIVER.
Kill off this window and Go to HP's website, and look for a driver for your specific printer. Download the driver, and open it up, and run it. It will install your printer's software, so that the printer can "Talk" to the computer.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
