I can help you do that....but you need to be prepared to make a backup of all data in the PC....befoe doing this.....once done....
use another PC to make a boot CD with KillDisk utility in it....go to my shared drive(it's safe)....click the lik below..... and get the killdisk application
http://www.4shared.com/file/10UH3hc2/boot-cd-iso.html
it's a zip file...use winzip to unzip it to Desktop....the folder has 2 files...first read the Readme file...
it has all the inst to how to use it....
insert a blank CD in the CD drive...
click the file ISO-Burner
leave the default value there....the "Boot-Disk" is auto selected....just click Burn ISO
Once done...insert this CD in the PC that need to be wiped clean....
ensure that the boot seq in the BIOS is set to CDROM as the 1st boot device...
let it boot and let the killdisk utility begin....
follow on screen instructions there.... and wipe the disk....
time taken for a 80GB disk is aprox 4 hrs...so calculate your time...if your disk is partitioned you need to run it for each partition....
visit my website
www.sureshayyar.110mb.com and visit the Quick Fix page....it has all details on how to format and install windows....
all the best
email me how you did
