I think you mean H07 - this means the traverse unit (which contains the spindle motor and the laser in one assembly) has failed. The spindle motor is the most likely problem; unfortunately this is not repairable at consumer level, it would need to go to an authorised service workshop where the whole unit would be replaced in the player, which would include a brand new laser. The other snag is the cost - a new traverse unit can cost around $200 + labour (including alignment and firmware upgrades)!
Save yourself the agony, and simply replace the whole player - cheaper than repairs. The RV32 was not Panasonic's best DVD player model.

Glad to be of some help here. Not the best news, but I don't want people spending a fortune on unnecessary out-of-warranty repairs or paying a fee to be told something similar to what has been stated here when replacing the whole unit is considerably cheaper, and the bonus in this case is the user doesn't have to be without the appliance.
