My Samsung monitor P2250 stand was broken, where can I get a replacement of it? Is it possible to get an exact same model of the stand?

I suspect the monitor is dying. Unless it is under warranty, you may need to replace it, as getting it fixed may cost more than a new one.

the tube lamp is degraded an needs replaced . the high voltage to the lamp might be weak corroded connection too.
consider changing the lamp out for led strip
i ordered 1 ccfl lamp many times from china for 2.50 an they are always damaged . too long for the mail.
i can order the same ccfl lamp from us for 40.
so
im going to insert led strips in place of the lamp.

caps in power supply section are shorted out. This fools the monitor into thinking it needs to power into low mode. This is very common. Look at caps and see if they are flat on top.. if you see rounding or any fluid discharge at all, they are bad. These always go bad this way. it is on the power board only... you can take them off and read with a cap tester to see if they are the right capacitance if you wish too. You can roughly do this with a ohmeter too.. but can not see values though. Most good meters have a capacitance meter though.

The way computer monitors are made today, there is no extra runs for repair parts. You could use a monitor stand whereby you detach the broken stand and attach to a new stand.

It uses internal plastic clips to hold the halves together. Gently pry the edges apart until you find a clip. While holding the edges apart, release the clip. You'll find about 12 of these clips hidden internally. Good luck.

your power button is at fault replace it

It depends bad the parts are broken, this is 2007 model, you may have hard time getting replacement parts, details pictures will help.
