If you cant access it from the front You will have to tilt the machine back as far as safely possible to access the bottom of the machine. Locate the drain pump which will be at the bottom font or back corner and remove the hose that connects the pump to the tub, you will need to have a basin ready to catch any water. You most likely have a sock or something stuck. Hope this helps

There should be to screws at the bottom on each end of the lower front panel. Remove them and the panel will fall down off its upper locating pins and you can then remove the panel. The water pump should be right at the front on the lower right corner. Make sure you unplug the machine first if you are going to be working in there.

My frigidaire affinity washer doesnt spin during the rinse cycle.

Hi javierc569,

Before the Spin Cycle should start, all water must be drained out of the machine. If it does not start, it could likely mean the Drain pump may be clogged. Please follow my below tip on the fix:

ACCESS, DRAIN & CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER...

If this does not help, the drain pump may be faulty.

Kind Regards

My washer stops half way through the cycle and blinks????Frigidaire affinity front load washer for some reason just stop halfway through the cycle sometimes.

Take note if the drain pump is operating. If it stops halfway, it must be stopping for a problem that has arisn, Normally, the water is not being pumped out.

Affinity ATF7000E Front Load Washer: where do i find what efo means on my affinity wash...

Frigidaire, Zanussi, AEG, & More....

EFO = Filter Blocked (low flow) and it is accessible from the bottom front of the machine.

1. there is a blockage in the filter or drain hose.takes too long to drain out.
2. over dosing of powder or liquid. again can cause an air lock in the pump which slows the drain pump down.

Check the filter and drain hose and test again. this fault will only come up at the end of a cycle.
You do not need to reset the machine to get rid of the fault code as this is automatically deleted.

Run an empty load with no detergent in an attempt to get rid of the code.

Cant find access to the drain pump? My front load affinity will not pump, so I thought I could check the drain pump, where do I get access to punp?

If it does not have an access panel on the lower front, you have to take the entire front and top off. it is under the drum on the right side. A lot of times it is the strainer clogged at the pump. Hope that helps.
