Most cheap touchscreen phones has this issue,the touch screen dies after a year or so.You can
order the touch pad online from international websites but the shipping cost will be too high and
is not worth it.Your best option is to give it to wait for the touch pad to be available in the Samsung
service center and have it replaced by them.Do not give the phone to third party service centers as they
could fix a duplicate touch pad and it wont last even few months.

Contact nearest Samsung Customer Care Service and ask them to provide these items to you. they can arrange it from any part of the country (if available in the country) and from any other country. But they will charge according to the solution available with them

you will probly have to call your service provider for a master code.

hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? if it happened the call or your call is diverted to restricted area. you can go to phone settings then call setting then change the diverted or disable it. re direct the call on. or try to reset defaults to solve the problem. no problem in your phone it is in your setting so try to work for it. good luck hope i helped you.

hi im josh in cebu phils. friend if your pin is in puk code. the only thing that can obtain the code is your PUK pin listed in the PUK paper attached in your sim card manual or you can find the PUK code at the back of the card where the sim card is attached. Your phone cant do nothing about that problem only the network provider can solve your problem. hope i helped you. good luck
