Hi, my name is Andrew.
I have bought Sennheiser HD 380 Pro a month ago. I have a problem with left speaker - there is a strange noise. Could I buy a new speaker to replace bad one ?
Thanks.

I don't believe it to be a cable or plug problem, so it sounds like it's a speaker problem. I look up the review of these and it could have some kind of circuit built into each side. If it does it could be that. As they are not cheap headphones by the look of it, perhaps worth repairing. But if the speaker has gone, it might be as much as a new pair.
Try your headphones in a different audio device. If the problem persists than the headphones have a split in the wiring for the left earbud. If you are under warranty then Sennheiser will happily repair your headphones.
Hi, after checking the wire and no damaged,it means that the speaker itself is damaged. You can replace it if can get a spare around repair stores around you.
The fault is in the cable: you will have to dismantle the left speaker housing and start cutting from the cable until the break is removed then solder it back to the speaker - use an multimeter to check the continuity of the wires.
Go inside and test the speaker with a small low power battery, connect it quickly (just a quick touch) to the terminals of the speaker, it should pop! If it doesn't it's gone.
If the Sennheiser don't have replacements, then it's bin time!
The chance of both speakers going bad at same time is remote. Your ipod is at fault and has something wrong with its output circuits. Check to make sure that there is no muting circuit inadvertently turned on.
