It is stuck at the Zeki logo boot screen and the power & volume button button to reset and also holding the reset button dose not work.

Let it run the battery down then recharge and start but it sounds like the boot block and os is hosed in which case its a goner.
It can be volume up or volume down after pressing the power button. Which one did you try - try both. Did you try pressing the reset hole with a pin?

IPad mini with iOS 7.0.3 and I want to stop screen rotatiog and to enable it at later time

Like in all iPads the switch on the side, close to the volume buttons can be switched to screen rotation block or sound off in settings, general and then from the top the forth menu block. Put that option to rotation lock. Now you can use that switch to lock or unlock the screen.

You'll need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.

I dont remember the password to my sons tv and I dont have the ownwers manual any longer.

Turn the volume down to 0 then change to a blocked channel. (where it asks for v-chip password) Next, on the TV, not from the remote, hold the volume down button, and hold the '0' key on the remote for between 2-10 seconds... the screen should unlock and you should have no V-Chip restrictions. This works on some TVs, if not most.

Black out screen

I had the same problem once with my RCA television. It only happened on certain channels and didn't happen during commercial breaks. If I adjusted the volume on the tv the box went away, but came back shortly after. The problem ended up being some malfunction in the closed captioning. I turned it all off and changed the CC settings and never had the problem again.
