Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
I'm assuming you want to print personal pictures that were already on your computer prior to buying the printer. So what has probably happened is that printer software set your "picture library" in a different location then where your pictures were located.
Specifically; your pictures are problably in "\\My Documents\pictures" like most peoples, but the printer probably made it's own directory somewhere in the different folder like, "/shared/support", etc...
Open the print viewing software, hit F1 for the help screen, type set the default directory in the search, and follow the directions. You should be able to browse to the correct location and click "open".
If that doesn't help you, you can uninstall and re-install, since it should ask you during the install where the default directory for pictures should be. Then you can set it to "My Documents"
