This is what u do...
Take ur DS console to the shop u bought it from. Then they'll probably fix it like what they did 2 mine. If they cant fix it u might have 2 take it to Nintendo Customer Support and they'll probably take it to repair. If the problem is unfixable (85% chance its going 2 be fixed) They might have 2 replace it or unless if u have warranty or inurance u'll get the replacment for free...
