I have recently brought a vcr 2 pc converter system (ion) but it hasn't come with a disc for it to be recognised by my computor,so I can convert my tapes to pc, whare and how do I find this disc, is there a free disc that can be downloaded..? Thank You .

You need to upgrade you video and audio drivers from the manufacture's website. Windows XP is 10 years or so old now; and most of the drivers match.

Maybe it is due to your awful video convert tool.

I can not find any reference where it is supported by Vista64, only Windows XP and Vista32.
